Where are the prices?
Prices are available to Registered Members who are logged in to the site.
Registration must be applied for and is only available to businesses with a current ABN. (Click here to register link)
How do I buy your products?
To buy our products to retail in your store, please click on Wholesale Login (make a link) and apply for wholesale access. Once you have access you will be able to see wholesale pricing, download a catalogue and place an order.

Do your prices include GST?
No all prices displayed on the website are exclusive of GST.
What is your minimum order?
We do not have a minimum order value however as the nature of the product is bulky and we endeavour to keep our prices low sometimes freight values can appear inflated. We therefore recommend that you look at our entire site to make the freight as economical as possible.
You may even choose to put together an order with Gardeners Gift Imports (insert link)who operates out of the warehouse next door to ensure that you avail yourself to the best scenario.
What are the shipping costs?
Freight charges are calculated according to the cubic measurement size of the order and what is contained within that order. It also depends on where the goods are being delivered too.
Once we have received authorization to go ahead with your order, your order is packed and freight is calculated according to size and weight.
We do have more than one courier and endeavour at all times to find the most efficient and best value delivery.
Delivery times vary according to your location. Please allow up to 14 working days.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes you can collect your order from our warehouse. Once the order is packed and ready to go, we will notify you to come and collect the goods.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary according to your location and can vary from 3-10 days
Am I contacted when my backorder is available?
We endeavour to contact our customers when the backordered items are available, unless you have notified us to send without calling you first.
How do I pay?
All Courtyard Living orders must be paid for at the time of ordering.
Once you place your order online you will be taken to a secure page to make your payment through your selected option.
We accept credit cards: Visa and MasterCard

Do you keep my credit card details on file?
For security reasons we do not keep your card details on file.
What is the claims procedure?
We endeavour to send out only high quality products. However sometimes problems can occur between our warehouse and your door.
Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the goods of any damage that has occurred. If the boxes that the goods arrive in are damaged you must sign the consignment note as “DAMAGED” or “STC” (subject to check). Then please notify us via email with photographs of the damage.
Credits will not be issued without written communication.
Can I open an account?
At this stage Courtyard Living does not run accounts it operates under a purely proforma basis. This allows us to bring you the best prices and an up to date product range.
How many times can I order?
We value our customers and allow you to reorder as often as you like. Our products are priced to sell therefore we hope you reorder endlessly as that means you are selling the items.
